1. Eligibility for Refunds and Rework
We offer refunds or rework under the following conditions:
- Incomplete or Unsatisfactory Service: If the service provided is incomplete or does not meet the agreed-upon standards.
- Incorrect Service: If the service performed does not align with the service that was ordered or agreed upon.
- Faulty Parts: If any parts installed during the service are found to be defective or faulty within the warranty period.
Please Note: Refunds or rework requests must be submitted within 7 days of the service completion. Requests made after this period may not be eligible for a refund or rework.
2. How to Initiate a Refund or Rework
If you believe you are eligible for a refund or rework, please follow these steps:

- Wait for Review: Our customer support team will review your request and respond within 2 business days. If your request is approved, we will provide further instructions.
- Rework Appointment: If rework is required, we will schedule a new appointment at your convenience.
- Refund Process: If a refund is warranted, we will process it promptly.
3. Refunds
If a refund is approved:
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the service.
- Processing Time: Refunds may take 5-10 business days to process, depending on your payment provider.
- Partial Refunds: In some cases, partial refunds may be issued if only a portion of the service was deemed unsatisfactory.
4. Rework Conditions
If rework is approved:
- No Additional Charges: Rework will be performed at no additional cost to the customer.
- Appointment Scheduling: We will work with you to schedule the rework at a time that suits you.
- Scope of Rework: The rework will be limited to correcting the issues identified in your refund or rework request.
5. Fees and Costs
- No Return Fees: There are no fees for initiating a refund or rework request.
- Replacement Parts: If new parts are required for rework, they will be provided at no additional cost, assuming the original parts were defective.
6. Non-Refundable Services
The following are not eligible for refunds or rework:
- Services that were completed to industry standards but do not meet subjective expectations (e.g., customer dissatisfaction with time taken, appearance of parts).
- Issues arising from misuse or neglect of the vehicle after service.
- Claims made beyond the 7-day period post-service completion.
